It is an integrative approach of mind / body, spirit drawing from eastern and western approaches and practices to sustain and create healthy relationships with the self and others. Combining Integrative Psychotherapy, Dramatherapy, Breath work, Meditation and Energy Work \r\nFounded by Aisha Ali in 2004 several hundreds of people have attended Living from The heart’s retreats and workshops including individual and couples therapy. \r\n\r\nAs the founder of Living from The Heart I lead couples and individuals towards learning how to make deep changes towards creating more conscious and loving relationships and connections. This includes working within organisations. \r\n\r\nConscious Relationships \r\n\r\nA conscious relationship is one that puts you completely to the test as a human being. It involves becoming clear about what we are doing with another person and what that requires of us. \r\n\r\nLiving from The Heart works with \r\n\r\nCouples Therapy, psychosexual work and Couples Retreats, Individual Therapy \r\n\r\nWorkshops relating to themes around sexuality and relationships \r\n\r\nCPD and training events relating to themes of relationships, psychosexual and couples work, spirituality, meditation and working with the body. \r\n\r\nWorking within Organisations offering consultancy and training to help manage authentic change and working relationships and well being.
