Biodiversity is essential for human survival and our aim is to ensure we can persist alongside the myriad of plants and animals that inhabit our planet.\n\nDurrell Conservation Academy\nDurrell has been running unique courses in good conservation practice since 1978, when Gerald Durrell created what he called â??a mini-universityâ?? at Durrell Wildlife Park, to provide intensive training to conservation practitioners worldwide.
