Mid-Columbia Children’s Council (MCCC) is a local non-profit organization that ensures that all children, regardless of their circumstances, have access to a high-quality, early childhood education in Oregon and Washington. For more than 50 years MCCC has provided early education programs, family resources and community support to income-eligible families located in the Columbia River Gorge.
