EmpowerMe Wellness was born out of the realization that something was missing in the world of wellness services for seniors. Continuing care retirement communities (CCRC) are an excellent long-term solution for many but they don't provide all needs. Residents thrive when rehabilitation services are offered as part of their regime within the community. EmpowerMe Wellness employs speech, occupational, and physical therapists to provide the tools to help residents strive towards their individual goals. Yet, many seniors just aren?t ready for an assisted living or memory care community. EmpowerMe Wellness also offers at home help services to assist in any personal and household services that allow seniors to maintain their independence in their own home. So, we created EmpowerMe Wellness to give you the best, most comprehensive wellness such as at home help or speech, occupational and physical therapy rehabilitation services and provide these services where you?re most comfortable. This may be in your own home or in an assisted or independent living facility or memory care community. We want you to remain independent for as long as possible.
