THE LINCOLN CENTER (TLC) for Family and Youth is a nonprofit education and human services organization serving Montgomery County, PA and surrounding areas. Founded in 1970 and incorporated in 1983, TLC is one of the region's largest community-based organizations providing education and mental health support to individuals, families, and communities. TLC is comprised of four division: The Leadership Academy (home of TLC's trademarked Transformational Education model), School-based Counseling, Community Counseling Center, and Victim Services. TLC also provides tutoring and coaching services. These programs unite under the mission to transform lives and communities through education, coaching, and counseling and a vision of an empower community of individuals and families with the will and skill to reach their full potential.
