Many people associate Shriners with their characteristic red fez and circus-like parades, but behind all that fun are more than 20 Shriners Hospitals for Children in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Among those, three hospitals specialize in treating serious burn injuries, and another three specialize in treating spinal cord injuries.
