Habilitation Assistance provides an array of services for individuals and their families in Southeastern Massachusetts. Our Access Centers in Braintree, Plymouth, Pocasset and South Yarmouth act as a base to provide supports reflecting the wants, needs and requests of each member and his/her family in those communities.
