The Performance Based Building Coalition (PBBC) is a non-profit membership organization formed to catalyze the use of Public Private Partnerships in North American infrastructure development. The PBBC is member-driven, comprised of more than 100 infrastructure funds, contractors, engineering/architecture firms, banks, unions, law offices, and public officials with extensive collective experience in the P3 space. The organization champions a local-level workshop program, aiming to educate public officials and representatives on the value of P3 development. Workshops are developed on an individual basis to best suit the educational needs of recipients and lead exclusively by high-ranking PBBC members (read client testimonials on our website). The PBBC also functions at the federal level and drafted \The Public Building Renewal Act,\ legislation to create $5b in Private Activity Bonds (PABs) for public buildings to catalyze the US market for P3s. The Act has garnered 28 cosponsors in the House (HR 960) and 12 in the Senate (S326).
