Hasbara Fellowships is a leading pro-Israel campus activism organization working with over 95 Universities across North America. Since 2001, Hasbara Fellowships has brought over 3500 students to Israel every summer and winter, giving them the information and tools to return to their campuses as educators about Israel.
The Hasbara Fellowships Israel Program is an exclusive 16 day Israel advocacy training program focused on offering pro-Israel student leaders the opportunity to gain leadership skills, network with their peers, meet Israelis and Palestinians from all sides of the political spectrum, and travel to strategic locations throughout the country.
When they return to campus, the Hasbara Fellows work with their Hasbara regional advisors to plan Israel related initiatives, build relationships with student government, campus media, and other student groups, as well as combat anti-Israel issues like BDS and Israeli Apartheid Weeks. They receive constant support and assistance from the Hasbara Fellowships campus team in the form of grants, strategic planning, tabling materials, and advocacy training seminars.
The Hasbara Fellowships in-depth training seminars are available to non-campus communities as well. They cover a range of topics, including (but not limited to) effective communication on Israel, social media advocacy, and dealing with BDS and anti-Israel propaganda.
