KSLA is the CBS-affiliated television station in Shreveport, Louisiana, serving the Ark-La-Tex region of Northwest Louisiana, Southwest Arkansas and Northeast Texas. Owned by Raycom Media, KSLA maintains studios located on Fairfield Avenue and Dashiel Street (southeast of I-20) in central Shreveport.\r\n\r\nKSLA News 12 has a proud tradition in the Ark-La-Tex dating back to January, 1954 when it became the first television station in this area to sign on the air.
