Altaroad is a French innovative start-up founded in 2017 by two engineers (Telecom ParisTech and Ecole Polytechnique/ Ponts et chaussées), leveraging a sensor technology for infrastructure developed by a joint research team focused on the development of sustainable cities at Ecole Polytechnique, IFSTTAR (Road and infrastructure management research center), and the CNRS. We develop an industrial IoT platform for infrastructure to optimize transport and logistics. Our solution generates road data to monitor traffic patterns, track the weight of vehicles, assess their impact on the road and detect dangerous driving behavior. The precise and data is then made available via our standard APIs in real time to its final users: operators of roads, city traffic managers, logisticians, autonomous and connected cars.Altaroad Address
