Our arenas are clean and professionally managed, and offer world class recreational offerings. We focus on: 1) Ice arenas in metropolitan areas with compelling demographics 2) Markets with National Hockey League club presence 3) Arenas with an existing Tier I or Tier II youth hockey presence 4) Junior hockey teams We have the ability to acquire healthy and stable arenas, but also to turn around under-managed or under-performing facilities as well. Current holdings include ice arenas in Chicago, Pittsburgh, New Jersey and the Washington, D.C. area.
