Suminoe Textile of America (STA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Suminoe Textile Ltd. which originated in Osaka Japan over 125 years ago. STA began operations in April 2003 in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Gaffney SC. We are strategically located in the textile region of North and South Carolina, utilizing the wealth of textile history and experience found in this area. Our newly opened design facility provides support to automotive design centers strategically located on the west coast.
