To provide learning opportunities to meet individual training needs and help our staff meet their career development goals, we created our Career Training and Education Courses (CTEC). Under the CTEC program, our professionals have opportunities to advance their careers through formal and informal mentoring and knowledge sharing with experienced staff in an on-the-job training environment. Additionally, Carollo offers seminars and online courses on a wide range of topics. Carollo also offers several opportunities each year for employees to attend seminars, conferences, workshops, and other learning events to supplement internal training.
