Our aim is to make the recruitment process as sympl as shopping at Zalando. In today's competitive environment, there are 4 outstanding vacancies per available candidate. As a result, companies lose on average €1,100 per vacancy per day. We tackle this problem by reaching out to both passive and active job seekers. This is done through targeted and online data-driven advertising and screening (video interviews, chat bot, A/B testing).
