Landmark Mortgages Ltd, formed in July 2016, is an associate Company of CHL Mortgages, with an office based in Crossflatts, Yorkshire. A team of seconded CHL employees provide specialist oversight for the servicing of a substantial third party mortgage book, with support from a wider team based at the head office in Fleet, Hampshire.
