OUR PHILOSOPHY
Customer service is at the forefront of the day to day operations at Lincoln Security Services. More than half of the time spent in our orientation program is dedicated to the ins and outs of customer service. Lincoln employees are taught to take accountability of a situation when approached and to follow it through to conclusion.
The Event Security & Staffing division at Lincoln Security Services is the most experienced and well trained in the event industry. With over 70 years of management experience, our executive team has spent most of their lives on the trade show floor, in the concert pit, at the festival grounds, and executing iron clad security programs. Our management team will walk you through every phase of planning security for your event until you have a plan that is full proof and meets your expectations. In the interest of keeping your security plan on track, you will be assigned a dedicated manager for the duration of your event as a 24 hour point of contact.
