OUR HISTORY Creative LifeStyles, Inc. was officially incorporated on July 14, 1989 and began serving participants in March of 1994. Ann Hill founded Creative LifeStyles, Inc. as a human services agency dedicated to the ideals of a quality life style for individuals with developmental disabilities in direct response to an overwhelming need. All staff at Creative LifeStyles, Inc. believe in the value of communities and neighborhoods where all disabled persons deserve a Creative LifeStyle.
