Marketing under the brand name Indiana Kitchen, the company was established in 1991 creating a unique partnership consisting of hog producers and feed manufacturers. The results have produced leaner, healthier and more flavorful bacon and pork products for consumers. The company's facility in Delphi, Indiana has the capacity to process over 14,000 hogs daily. Indiana Packers sells its products both domestically and internationally to retail and food service outlets.
