Edgewater maintains quality assurance of our various programs and services through the process of supervision, monitoring, evaluation, and compliance with the requirements of accreditation and certification. Edgewater follows a system of continuous quality improvement. This is accomplished by setting forth a set of performance criteria, measuring performance against these criteria, and taking appropriate and timely corrective action based on measurement results. Edgewater uses a Continuous Quality Improvement Team to review indicators of performance from all departments and recommend improvements in the quality of programs.
