PERC Engineering, FORMERLY KNOWN as EXP Engineering International is comprised of experienced Managers and Professionals who are focused on excellence in providing quality work for clients. Founded in January of 2013, PERC offers clients the expertise our team has built over the last 30+ years in the industry. Felipe Gonzalez, Scott Behringer and Frank Newsom are the founding partners of PERC and were previously instrumental in the operations and growth of an international engineering company which became one of the leading global consultant companies. Since the founding, several key additions have further strengthened the experience at PERC. Ken Moore was brought on board as Vice President of Offshore Projects. In August of 2013, DJ Blockhus joined the senior management team as Vice President of Subsea. Vice President of Onshore, Chris Beveridge, came on board in August of 2014. In February 2017 Matt Soulier joined the organization as Vice President Automation. At PERC Engineering , their combined experience as well as the one provided from a selected team of Project Managers offers y Offshore and Onshore engineering, project and construction management services at its highest quality. Clients will receive excellent quality of product, service and personnel that these Managers are reputable for. Their history speaks for itself. Clients know what they can expect from EXP! Current employee count has reached 135 employees and contractors and surpassed original plans. However, thisgrowth has not come at the price of unfamiliarity among the work force.
