JCS Process & Control Systems was founded in 1988 by the former VP of Alfa Lava Food and Dairy US. As a Christian, our founder named the company JCS (Jesus Christ Saves) and built it on integrity and a win-win or “no deal†attitude. Located in Rochester, NY., JCS specializes in advance process and control systems design, primarily for the Food & Beverage (F&B) industries. Our product portfolio includes pasteurization systems for aseptic or Extended Shelf Life (ESL), batching application software, and product standardization solutions. With 31 years of engineering expertise, JCS serves a wide range of companies from Fortune 100/500 to small privately held businesses in the dairy, juice, alcohol, and beverage industries. JCS stands behind every system we design with customer support being our primary objective.
