At South Coast Solar our mission is to empower home owners and businesses to take control of their energy usage. We do this through energy efficiency evaluations followed by smart solutions; by providing renewable energy with advanced solar power systems and by offering natural gas generator systems. South Coast Solar puts the customer in control of their energy usage. In addition to the real world experience that comes from installing 8 Megawatts of solar power, our installers receive industry leading training from the market leader, SunPower. No other company in the world has more panels in the field than SunPower when it comes to residential, commercial, and governmental solar. Solar is relatively new to Louisiana, but we are not. We have expanded to 2605 Ridgelake Dr, in Metairie. From our new 10,000sq/ft warehouse location we can efficiently serve the Gulf Coast. Commercially, our regional approach offers turn-key design/build services to the entire Southeast region and beyond. South Coast Solar has been instrumental in State of Louisiana legislation for tax credits enabling all home owners to experience the benefits of affordable, dependable, renewable energy. We take pride in our leadership of Louisiana’s solar industry and have actively lobbied for the Louisiana Solar Tax Credit and assisted in writing the tax credit rules guaranteeing they are fairly administered.
