The Kohn Law Firm has an in house collection staff and a paralegal staff to handle all phases of pre-lawsuit and post-lawsuit collection procedures. In house skip tracing is completed on accounts when necessary through various online and hard copy resources. The firm contracts with clients for collection matters on a competitive contingent fee basis (no dollars collected = no fee due) and charges NO suit fees on commercial matters. Many leasing and bankruptcy matters are handled on a per diem fee basis.
