Cyclical and delivery-sensitive markets are a fact of life for our customers. However, our facility design accommodates these cycles, and helps us to better serve our customers. With three fully-integrated foundries on a 30-acre plant site, we're capable of producing castings from 50 lbs. to over 80,000 lbs. Our smaller BMM foundry produces castings in production quantities from mounted patterns in weights from 50-350 lbs. Our intermediate semi-production line produces castings from 300-2000 lbs. And we produce castings up to 80,000+ lbs. with loose pattern equipment. In all, we operate six induction furnaces with a total daily melt capacity of 150 net tons of all grades of gray and ductile iron.
