Do you ever perform consumer telemarketing? No. We are devoted exclusively to delivering business-to-business teleservices solutions. Where is Tele Business USA located? We are headquartered in Northbrook, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. However, our virtual call center has a presence in 15 states. How do you bill your services? We bill all services on an hourly basis. Who supplies the contact lists? In most cases, our clients supply us with a database. However, we are also a list resource and can aid our clients in list procurement. How do you develop the programs? Tele Business USA uses a custom 10-step process that delivers the results you need. The 10 steps include: fact-finding and consulting, program development, data storage, reports, delivery, Corporate Communication Representative selection, agent training, implementation, program analysis and post analysis.
