ZTEX Construction Inc. was founded in 2006 by Richard "Dick" Ortiz. One of the first projects completed by ZTEX was the Outlet Shoppes of El Paso, also known as the Sun Valley Outlet Mall. This contract was worth more than $5M and ZTEX self-performed 90% of the work.
