Empire Control Abatement is certified as Women-Owned Business Enterprise with Empire State Development, NYC Department of Small Business Services, NYC School Construction Authority and Dormitory Authority State of New York. We are both a prime contractor as well as a subcontractor for various NY City and State Agencies and have worked for various Construction Managers and General Contractors.
