CGNET provides IT assessments and inputs for organizations’ IT strategic plans. CGNET has conducted successful projects for customers ranging from a 10,000-user organization in 100 countries to a five-user organization in one location. IT assessments review infrastructure, network security and vulnerability assessment, budgets, policies, staffing and alignment with organizational strategy.
IT Management and Staffing Services
CGNET provides ongoing help with many aspects of IT operations, from interim IT management to provision and management of IT staff in an organization’s overseas offices. CGNET provides staff selection and hiring, IT management, service quality control, and interim/fractional CTO services.
Security Services
CGNET provides network and information security services to help organizations address and remediate threats as well as provide audit evidence that appropriate security procedures are in place. Specific services offered include penetration testing and vulnerability assessment; development of information security policies and procedures; information security training; implementation of anti-virus/anti-spam, information rights protection, mobile device management and data loss prevention solutions.
Cloud Services
CGNET has provided managed email, website hosting and application hosting services for many years. Increasingly, CGNET supports the implementation of these services in public cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. CGNET provides design, implementation and support of several Microsoft cloud services. These include Office 365, Skype for Business/Teams (including telephony), Dynamics CRM Online and Enterprise Mobility & Security.
