Alpha Environmental Services, Inc. (Alpha) offers a wide range of environmental services in consulting, environmental assessments, remediation, and management. Alpha performs much of this work in regards to real estate due diligence for commercial and residential real estate acquisition and finance. The environmental field has been a rapidly growing and changing industry over the last few decades with an increasing need for proficiency as environmental issues continue to expand. The diverse array of expertise and wide range of services that Alpha provides allows us to meet these needs and offer each individual client an exceptional level of diligence and quality. Alpha has over 50 full-time employees, and a network of numerous subcontractors and experts in all phases of environmental issues for both commercial and residential properties. The company’s services include Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs); Remediation, Management and Cleanup; Underground Storage Tank (UST) services; Heating Oil Tanks, Soil and groundwater; Vapor intrusion mitigation design and implementation; Radon testing and mitigation; Asbestos and lead-paint surveys and testing; Drywell sampling and registration; Monitoring well installation and monitoring; Mold testing and remediation; Stormwater monitoring; Sewer inspections and repair; Septic tanks; Indoor Air Quality; and much more.
