Montana's Best Newspaper! The Great Falls Tribune has been serving northcentral Montana for more than 125 years. The newspaper originated in Sun River in 1885 as a weekly publication. Two years later, the Tribune moved to Great Falls and became a daily afternoon paper. It converted to a morning publication in 1890.
