About
The Products (Currently under development) We2Link is a smart phone app that is designed to help people with Traumatic Brain Injury and other cognitive impairments, like Alzheimer's Disease, live better lives. We are focused on helping those with cognitive impairments with daily living challenges. Those that endure cognitive impairment often loose independence because of the problem. Our goal is to give them back greater independence. Initially we are tackling the problems associated with short term memory. This allows us to tackle one facet of daily living while we build the capacity to add more features. The eventual goal is to provide all the daily living support features needed in one single app. Our first product under development now is called Want2Remember. The app will not only assist in saving memories for later recall but help create memories and reminders for future events. While support for past and future recall is important we are not neglecting the need to keep today in the forefront. Those with cognitive impairment need support for getting through today. Often those that have cognitive impairment are supported by a caregiver. The caregivers are often unpaid and are indispensable in supporting daily living tasks. We are designing our app to allow caregiver support and to enable remote care giving. If you are interested in what we are doing please register for our app on our website.
