West offers total E-P-C capability by its association with several engineering and design organizations. The engineering group is chosen based on the owners request or approval. G.A. West & Co. Inc., employs as many local personnel as possible with relation to the construction project location. We currently employ many OSHA Certified Safety Managers and hands-on Trainers. With a library of Construction Safety Videos, mandatory drug and alcohol screening, craft testing, and video-recorded safety awareness testing. G.A.
