A family-owned business, we produce over two dozen varieties of artisan breads and rolls, and we sell them at fine stores throughout New England, New Jersey, New York, and the eastern seaboard. Our bakery is located in downtown New Haven, Connecticut, and we take great pride in our long-standing commitment to this inspiring community.
