About
We're innovative developers with decades of combined experience providing technology solutions to the media and entertainment industry led by serial entrepreneur Ray Young. In 1998, Ray and his team founded WebConcepts and changed the way that DVD and Blu-ray discs were distributed to retailers globally based on his US Patent 7,848,967 B2, "Methods and Systems Collaborative Demand Planning and Replenishment." It was adopted by Disney, MGM, Paramount and Sony. In 2012, the same team set out to change content rights management to maximize revenue for content owners with Rights2. In September of 2016, we launched RightsIn, the first centralized Rights-On-Demand Marketplace (patent pending) with fully integrated rights management, including cross-border sales capabilities. Although we completed deals between buyers and sellers from US and Asia, customers with cross-border licensing deals want transparent transactions with a simpler payment program. To meet those needs, we're now launching RightsLedger, a decentralized content rights management application that uses blockchain technology to monetize. Our decentralized applications allow users to simply record content on the Blockchain and access rights management to maximize sales. Content owners can structure deals with smart contracts for cross-border payments using ourcurrency - the RightsToken.
