It is a powerful offer processing technology that sit's on the agent's website, in their branding to give their clients an experience unlike any other in the market. Through the small button on the agent's site, they can manage custom offer sessions, schedule viewing, upload legal documents and hold several transaction types - binding sales to conditional sales, off-market sales, open offers, sealed bids, and auctions. To give the agent and seller certainty in the sale, all buyers are pre-qualified with a proof fund and identification. Preset conditions can be set by the agent per property which the buyer must complete before making an offer, completing these conditions shows the buyer has a higher intent to purchase. Offr breaks down the barrier between every stakeholder to allow transparent collaboration and seamless communication. Each property has a document vault for solicitors to upload draft contracts, titles and leases. The buyer's solicitor can then quickly perform their due diligence through the solicitor portal. All documentation can be downloaded and digitally signed using DocuSign within seconds allowing for a faster, flexible and secure experience. The buyer can be invited by email to participate in making an offer on the property from anywhere in the world. The button on the agent's site will allow the buyer to access key legal documentation, book a viewing, make an offer and schedule a viewing.
