Provide overall vision and leadership in growing the programs and participation within a\r\nFaith based NGO community. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:\r\n\r\nSelecting and working with new board members, Program selection and management, Development/Fundraising to include: Annual Golf Tournament(s) Super Bowl Parties, Oktoberfest Activities, St. Patrick’s Day Dinner Party, Retreats, Silent Auctions, Major Gift Solicitation, and more\r\n\r\n-The funds raised provided support for our fallen military and their families; helped feed the hungry in our community, and provided struggling families partial scholarships for education and books\r\n-Raised Operational Funding for Edmund Rice School/Barry University\r\nTransferrable: Develop appropriate cultivation strategies, including working with volunteers\r\n- Move potential donors in an appropriate and timely fashion toward solicitation and closure\r\n- Make solicitations when appropriate\r\n- Maintain stewardship contacts with donors; adhere to the highest ethical standards; demonstrate empathetic disposition, and perseverance; reflect optimistic and positive attitude, and convey sensitivity to needs of the donorNot for Profit Address
