If you've heard of Code Louisville, SummerWorks, the KY Manufacturing Career Center or the KY Health Career Center, then you know some of what KentuckianaWorks does in the Louisville area. Our mission is to engage employers, educators, and job seekers with resources to build a stronger community through the dignity of work. KentuckianaWorks is the Workforce Development Board for the Greater Louisville region consisting of Jefferson, Bullitt, Henry, Oldham , Shelby, Spencer and Trimble counties. The board is composed of leaders from business, education, government and labor who work together with staff to provide strategic leadership for workforce development efforts in our area.
