Furnishing and installing heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems (HVAC) in commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings since 1983. • Experienced with fast-track and large value projects • Over 2000 projects completed on time and within budget • Servicing all of Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Southern Maine • Self financed and fully bondable to $18 million per project • LEED Certified Project Mangers on staff For all projects, we utilize Procore, an online project management system. Our project management system, including purchase & delivery, scheduling, and estimating, is fully automated. Although we construct HVAC projects of all sizes, our primary focus is with projects in the $1.5 million to $10 million range. We are experienced in “Green Building†construction. Virtually all of our construction staff has completed formal LEED training. We currently have at least three certified LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED APs) on our staff.
