Methodist ElderCare Services is an affiliate of the West Ohio Conference of The United Methodist Church that provides quality housing, health care and services for seniors in Central Ohio. Incorporated in 1967, Methodist ElderCare Services continues to be a not-for-profit Ohio corporation that seeks to understand and meet the unmet needs of older people in Central Ohio.
Wesley Glen is located in the North area of Columbus. The community opened in and has operated since 1969 as a not-for-profit organization with 152 Independent Apartment which includes 16 Patio Homes.
Wesley Ridge opened with Assisted Living in 1998 with 136 licensed residential care beds: Bishop Place having 65 studio and 1-bedroom apartments and 40 studio apartments in Special Care (now named English Garden) making it one of the first assisted living facilities on the east side of Columbus.
Wesley At Home offers yearly Individual and Household membership opportunities to individuals age 50 and older. Membership is currently available in the communities of Upper Arlington, Worthington, Clintonville, Reynoldsburg, Pickerington and Bexley.
Hospice is care that focuses on medical and personal comfort for individuals in the last months, weeks or days of life. We believe that every moment matters and strive to make the most of each day. At Methodist ElderCare, Hospice Services focuses on honoring individual beliefs and traditions and offers support and assistance with quality of life issues.
