Starting over 100 years ago from our humble beginnings as Newbury State Bank. University Lending Group continues that same tradition of customer service by being a full service mortgage bank. Our products and services meet the needs of today's mortgage customers by providing a vast array of products not traditionally available to small community banks. The mortgage department is owned and managed by seasoned mortgage bankers with over 100 years of combined experience.
