Yoga For First Responders is a 501C3 non profit that aims to bring a trauma sensitive yoga protocol specific to the culture of first responders. The yoga practice targets stress and secondary traumas that first responders face daily. The organization does this by teaching trainings to bring the exclusive protocol to every community and by teaching the protocol in departments, academies and other locations.
