Markets we address with these products include: a) Nanotechnology Research- Scientists imaging nanostructures with an AFM in their labs. b) Instrument innovators - Scientists and engineers using AFM as a platform to create a new instrument. c) Education - Educators teaching students about AFM design, operation, and applications. d) Process Development & Process Control - Engineers improving or controlling a process with AFM.
