When the agentâ??s 10% payment to HomeStarr Realty totals $12,000, the agent then earns 100% of their gross commission. The $12,000 limit resets to zero on each agentâ??s annual anniversary date. At the beginning of each month every agent will pay HomeStarr Realty a $150 fee. HomeStarr Realty provides the following:\r\nï?¶ Errors and Omission insurance yearly\r\nï?¶ PAR Legal Forms for all contracts\r\nï?¶ Real Fast Forms for your computer\r\nï?¶ Yard Signs to advertise your listings\r\nï?¶ Company Letterhead, Envelopes and large Envelopes\r\nï?¶ Presentation Folders\r\nï?¶ In-house printer and copier use\r\nï?¶ In-house Appointment Center to set up showings on listings\r\nï?¶ Showing Feedback Forums emailed to buyerâ??s agents\r\nï?¶ Broker and office assistance and support\r\nï?¶ Monthly Agreements and Marketing training assistance\r\nï?¶ Mobile Office support\r\nï?¶ Helium Balloons for Open House signs\r\nï?¶ Individual Broker support for contract concerns and issues\r\nï?¶ Additional quarterly Training from a local PA Real Estate Attorney\r\n\r\nIn addition to your earned commission income, HomeStarr offers each agent a Residual Income Program. When you recruit a new agent into the office, you will earn 50% of the agentâ??s sales commission paid to HomeStarr Realty. The residual income will stay continuous for the term of the new agent even if the initiating agent is no longer with the Company.
