Green Plains Renewable Energy, Inc., (GPRE) an Iowa Corporation, was organized to construct and operate a 50 million gallon, dry mill, fuel grade ethanol plant(s) ("the Plant(s)"). The Company's first Plant will be located near the town of Shenandoah, Iowa. Fagen, Inc., of Granite Falls, Minnesota is our design-builder for that plant. ICM, Inc. will provide all process design and engineering services for the construction of the Plant. ICM is based in Colwich, Kansas, and has more than 20 years of experience in ethanol plant design, engineering, and operation.
