About
We do one thing, and do it well.\n\nThere’s no secret sauce, no science lab wizardry. Our approach hasn’t changed since day one: we source the best British beef from butchers we trust. We chip all of our potatoes in-house fresh every day and season with homemade rosemary salt. We will never, ever sell a frozen chip.\n\nWe started our business in Brighton, flipping burgers for friends’ parties from a marquee. Everyone we knew loved a burger, but nobody was serving them the way we liked them – cooked simply with a focus on incredible, well-aged, grass-fed British beef.\n\nIn 2011 we moved to London and secured a lease on a 20m² site in Brixton Village. After lots of DIY furniture-making and decorating, we opened our first Honest Burgers – a shoebox restaurant on a shoestring budget.\n\nWe’ve now grown our estate to 25 restaurants in London, Cambridge and Reading, and plan to open another nine by December 2018.\n\nWe have extremely high standards and we will never compromise on the quality of our food or the friendliness of our service. We develop our people and we look after each other.\n\nThat’s the Honest way.\n\nBest Overall Restaurant Operator Winners 2016 \n(R200 Restaurant awards)\n\nSunday Times Fast Track 100 2017\n(Number 31)
