The City of West Kelowna is the second largest municipality in the Central Okanagan region in British Columbia's Southern Interior. Population is estimated at 34,500 (2015). The land and water area within the municipal boundary is 123 square kilometres.
The primary business areas within the city are Boucherie and Westbank Centres. The largest residential neighbourhoods, some with smaller commercial centres, include: Bear Creek/Raymer, Casa Loma, Gellatly, Glenrosa, Lakeview Heights, Rose Valley, Shannon Lake, Smith Creek, South Boucherie, Westbank and West Kelowna Estates.
