Modyfi Health offers comprehensive psychiatric and therapy services throughout the mid-Atlantic region using convenient Telehealth visits, and the ADA and FMLA services of Formacist are available nationwide. The Modyfi Health team includes a group of mental health professionals providing the full range of mental health services, such as therapy, psychiatry, and medication management. Our holistic and integrative approach is based in lifestyle medicine. The team first identifies lifestyle problems that influence mental health and works with the patient to create a plan to improve social connection, nutrition, exercise, hydration, and any underlying sleep disorders. When patients first meet with their Modyfi provider, they go through a multiphase intake process that allows the provider to take more time getting to know each person and their unique challenges. After creating a treatment plan, patients can use the MyCarePlan app to easily communicate with their provider, schedule appointments, record goals, track progress, and improve results. Patients seek help from our team for every type of mental health disorder, from depression, anxiety, and grief and loss, to complex conditions like eating disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders. At Modyfi, our team also specializes in treating substance use disorders and developmental disabilities like autism and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Formacist, a part of Modyfi's professional services, offers the help patients need to obtain community-based resources.
