Vineyards Management Group specializes in “heavy lift”, value-add communities that are often suffering from poor management, low occupancy and under-utilized land use. Treehouse Communities focuses on the niche markets of 4-5 Star and 55+ communities. With this expertise, Roots is able to consider the acquisition of any available properties.
