Midwest Operating Engineers is a Multi Employee Trust Funds Fringes. The Fund Office is responsible for the administration of the following fringe benefits for the members of I.U.O.E. Local 150: • Midwest Operating Engineers Health & Welfare Fund • Midwest Operating Engineers Vacations Savings Fund • Midwest Operating Engineers Retiree Welfare Plan and the Retiree Medical Savings Plan (RMSP) Account • Midwest Operating Engineers Pension Fund • Midwest Operating Engineers Retirement Enhancement Fund In 1972, the Countryside Campus became home to both the District 1 Union Hall and the Fund Office. Fast forward to today, the Fund Office employs over 100 employees and the current Administrative Manager is Thomas M. Bernstein.
